Lunaty ("Lunaty," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Lunaty Health Protocol website and application (the "Service"), a paid, self-guided stress management protocol. By creating an account, purchasing access, or otherwise using the Service, you ("you," "user," or "member") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). The Lunaty Health Protocol is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not create a doctor-patient or clinician-patient relationship between you and Lunaty, Dr. Mahshad Kolahdouzan, Maryam Ghaderian, or any contributor to the Service.
The Service is not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult your physician or a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your health, nutrition, exercise, sleep, or medication routines — particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, managing a chronic condition, or taking medication. Discontinue any activity that causes pain or discomfort and seek medical attention if needed.
The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not designed or intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact above if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to provide accurate information during signup and onboarding, including the health consent, terms consent, and (optional) marketing consent presented at registration.
Access to the Service is granted upon a single, one-time payment processed securely through Stripe. This is not a recurring subscription — you will not be billed again for continued access to the protocol content you purchased.
All sales are final. Because full protocol content, videos, and tools are made available immediately upon successful payment, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges once a purchase is completed, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at the email above and we will review the matter in good faith.
We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases at any time; changes will not affect access you have already paid for.

All content in the Service — including protocol design, written materials, videos, worksheets, journals, graphics, and the Lunaty name and logo — is the property of Lunaty or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing access grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use this content for your own individual wellness journey. No other rights are granted.
Individual results from following the protocol vary and depend on factors outside our control, including your personal health history, consistency, and circumstances. We make no guarantee that you will achieve any specific outcome, and testimonials or examples shared on the Service are not a promise of similar results for you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunaty, its founders, contributors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any health outcome resulting from following the protocol. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how it's used, and your rights regarding it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the courts of Canada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
